Joan Osterman

Joan Osterman grew up in Philadelphia, then transplanted to Northern California where she extended her roots and her bond with nature. Since retiring from her profession as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, she enjoys exploring harmony and conflict through writing and painting.

Joan is a past Board member of Napa Valley Writers. Her poetry has been published in The California Writers Club Literary Review and various anthologies. Her flash fiction has been selected twice in the past few years for display on a Napa County Library bookmark.
